Healing Vegetable Recipes 3.5
Gastronomic experiment based on vegetarian recipes according to Yin & Yang philosophy from China and the Ayurveda philosophy from India, integrating healing ingredients such as Traditional Chinese Medicines, spontaneous herbs, wild flowers, spices.
The dishes are classified into the 3 doshas of Ayurveda, seasonal ingredients are classified in the 5 elements of Yin & Yang.
In each dish we use at least one special ingredient chosen from TCMs, spontaneous herbs, wild flowers and spices.
The project Food 3.5 started in October 2013 and ended in October 2015.
At the moment we are carrying out the project in a different guise with more collaborators among chefs, nutritionists, experts in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
