The dishes are classified into the 3 doshas of Ayurveda, seasonal ingredients are classified in the 5 elements of Yin & Yang.

In each dish we use at least one special ingredient chosen from TCMs, spontaneous herbs, wild flowers and spices.

The project Food 3.5 started in October 2013 and ended in October 2015.
At the moment we are carrying out the project in a different guise with more collaborators among chefs, nutritionists, experts in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
The project continues its evolution, do not hesitate to contact us with your suggestions, comments and requests for cooperation.
